4. Application and Confirmation The exhibitor must submit a fully completed and duly signed and stamped application form to the organizer. The organizer will confirm the successful application via a Confirmation Letter sent by fax or email.

5. Cancellation Policy No matter the reason for cancellation, the application fee paid is non-refundable. If the exhibitor cancels participation within three months before the exhibition start date, they are still responsible for the full exhibition fee.

6. Booth Allocation Booth locations will be assigned based on product categories and other relevant criteria. Once the booth location has been allocated and confirmed to the exhibitor, no modifications will be allowed. Co-exhibitors must coordinate their participation through the main exhibitor.

7. Intellectual Property / Copyright The exhibitor guarantees that their exhibits, packaging, and related publicly available materials do not infringe upon or violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, trade names, and registered or unregistered patents. The exhibitor shall bear full responsibility for any resulting liabilities. If any infringement causes losses to the organizer, the exhibitor shall fully compensate the organizer for all damages.
